Booking fee
The booking fee is due upon registration. The booking fee is non refundable in case of cancellation.
Full payment
To guarantee that you have a place in the course, you need to make the full payment no later than one month before the course starts.
Cancellation
Cancellations can be made up to three weeks before the start (if nothing else if specified on the respective course). After that, a medical certificate will be needed to cancel your booking. If canceled you will be refunded the full amount minus the booking fee. After the course has started, there will be no refunds.
Upon discontinuation of an initiated course, there will be no refunds.
Upon cancellation of the course from the course leader full amount will be refunded.

You can pay the course fee as a Private Person or with Company Invoice.
VAT is included in all course fees, with 25% and 6%.
VAT is included in the Room & Board fee, with 12%.
